This particular unit utilizes the Community Service unit CHCORG609C Manage projects and strategies. It has been chosen because it is ideally suited to the development of the necessary ministry skills in Managing projects and strategies. Ministers of the gospel are involved in the continuing development of their church with a particular focus on the community around it. Communities are often fluid and the successful minister needs to be able to make change and diverse strategies to maintain viable as a ministry.
Having a vision for the community is good, right and proper and is birthed in the spirit. The management of that Vision calls for the development of certain skills. This unit will assist the student to develop those skills.
The student is required you to demonstrate their competency in managing conflict and brining about a resolition is variety of situations and settings. The student will complete a series of excercises from the text book
