Networking for Ministry.

This particular unit Networking for Ministry utilizes the Community Services unit “CHCNET3B Develop New Networks”.  It is ideally suited to the development of the skill required for networking for ministry.

Efficient networks between and within a ministry are essential to the success of a ministry.   In today’s  communication is vital to the point that it is almost impossible to measure the value of networking in ministry or any business.

You are required to demonstrate your competency in developing a network so that effective communications can be maintained by and for your ministry.

Issues To Be Addressed

CHCNET3B 1 Develop and maintain appropriate networks

CHCNET3B 2 Reflect social and cultural awareness in developing and maintaining networks

Evaluation of the effectiveness of networks includes consideration of issues related to cultural expectations, client needs and organisations philosophy. To help you gather the evidence required we suggest that you collate the information over a period of not less than 2 months and compile it with a report addressing the issues below.  This information, along with the multiple choice questionnaire from your text book should provide sufficient evidences of competency.
