For the purpose of the Diploma your reporting and documentation to us will be at the level of someone who is involved with the group but not in oversight, even though you may actually be in oversight.

While much ministry is between people good office skills are required to ensure the continuing success of the ministry.  Even with good staff a knowledge of administration is required to oversee the administration.  The success of businesses and ministries are severely restricted by the absence of good office skills.
